The first business interaction I had with Deni was in 2009 when I was relocated by the military from Quebec to Edmonton.  I was given a week long house hunting trip.  In this time I had to find a place, put in an offer, get an inspection and have all conditions removed.  Deni was fully available to commit to my hectic week and showed me dozens of properties in just a couple of short days.  She was extremely knowledgeable about the Edmonton Market and was very helpful, especially since this was my first venture into a condominium and what was involved in purchasing one.  She was very thorough and didicated and we got an offer submitted and accepted in just a couple hours.  She then was able to recommend an inspector and arrange the appointment, she was present for the inspection and was again able to answer any further questions I had.

3 years later it was time to sell that condo and move into a single family home, and once again I called upon Deni to help me through the process.  I was blown away with how quickly she was there, taking pictures, editing them, asking me my opinion about the listing details, and taking notes on what I was looking for in a new property.  She has access to great technology features that made the whole journey that much smoother.  My condo had barely even been listed on the market before I had multiple showings and an offer within only a couple days of listing.  Deni did such an amazing job marketing my place and got me a fantastic price and way faster than I could ever have imagined.  Once again we were out looking at dozens of homes, and once again, she was there for me all hours of the day or night.  We found the perfect house and negotiated a great price and ideal conditions, even having a fish tank included in the deal.  This time, Deni referred me to a fantastic lawyer, set up my home ispection yet again and the whole process was absolutely smooth and without a single bump in the road.

I could never have assumed that she would outdo herself after that, but she definitely did.  In 2014, she was hired to handle an estate sale in my family, and this property and the situation surrounding it was far from ideal.  It had been seriously neglected and needed a lot of extra attention, and Deni was just the person to handle it.  She went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a Realtor.  She worked tirelessly at getting the property ready for sale.  She arranged many services such as getting a landscaper in to tidy up the overgrown yards.  Not only did she work extra hard prepping the home for sale but she was very strategic in how she priced and marketed this very unique property, and this resulted in a multiple offer situation, getting us the best possible amount we could possible get.  My family and I are so grateful to her for everything she did for us.  I know I will always go to Deni for all my future real estate needs, and I always recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Realtor.
