The Constant Consultation Program

Sangam Home’s Constant Consultation Program is both the foundation of our custom home building process, and, the embodiment of our unrelenting commitment to communication.  Envied and copied (but never equaled) this guided program ensures we are communicating closely with our customers from the initial planning stages, throughout construction, and for many years to come.

Constant Consultation makes it as easy as 1-2-3 to turn your vision into your home.

Concept to Construction

Why build a custom home? For most of our clients it’s because the home they’ve been searching for their entire lives exists only in their mind’s eye. That’s where the Concept to Construction phase of our program comes in. This in-depth series of no-obligation consultations was designed with two goals in mind. To help you understand, in specific detail, the steps and costs involved in realizing your unique vision – and – to help us gather the detailed information we’ll need to faithfully translate your vision into your home.

Construction to Completion

Should you choose to build with Sangam Homes, we’ll encourage you to visit your home regularly during construction. We’ll also invite you to attend bi‐weekly meetings with your Dedicated Builder Team and, prior to move-in, we’ll tour your new home together to make certain we have delivered the quality you expect from us (and that we expect from ourselves).

Throughout construction, Milestone Meetings will be scheduled at framing, mechanical, electrical, finishing, cabinetry and shelving milestones. This provides us with many opportunities to discuss your personal preferences and the specific design details of your home.

Continuing Care

Our commitment to you doesn’t end when the build is over. In fact, we go far beyond the requirements of the Alberta New Home Warranty. We provide our customers with 3, 6 and 12 month walk-throughs so that we can identify and correct any warranty issues. And, as a Sangam Homes Custom Home Owner, you will have continuing access to our full-time Continuing Care Representatives. If you have any concerns about your home whatsoever, your Continuing Care Representative is available online, over the phone, or – in person.
