The first business interaction I had with Deni was in 2009 when I was relocated by the military from Quebec to Edmonton. I was given a week long house hunting trip. In this time I had to find a place, put in an offer, get an inspection and have all conditions removed. Deni was fully available to commit to my hectic week and showed me dozens of properties in just a couple short days. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Edmonton Market and was very helpful, especially since this was my first venture into a condominium and what was involved in purchasing one. She was very thorough and dedicated and we got an offer submitted and accepted in just a couple hours. She then was able to recommend an inspector and arrange the appointment, she was present for the inspection and was again able to answer any further questions I had.
3 years later it was time to sell that condo and move into a single family home, and once again I called upon Deni to help me through the process. I was blown away with how quickly she was there, taking pictures, editing them, asking me my opinion about the listing details, and taking notes on what I was looking for in a new property. She has access to great technology features that made the whole journey that much smoother.
